Has it become so s-l-o-w that you wait for interminable minutes drumming your fingers on the desktop waiting for your computer? Or does it freeze up or display indecipherable error messages all the time?

With over 35 years in the computer industry I have seen all the common problems and most of the not-so-common ones that people encounter. My rates are reasonable and I offer discounts for pensioners and university students. And yes, I fix Macs as well as PCs. I'm based in the Southern suburbs of Perth, but I can go anywhere I am needed.

Beware of the backyard operators who advertise cheap rates but have limited experience in the field - remember, you get what you pay for. I often come across "horror stories" where these so-called experts have not only not fixed the problem but made it worse, or lost the client's valuable data. I will backup your data before any repair, to your own external device if you prefer. All data is restored when the job is finished.
